Volunteering

We’re delighted to share that, with the support of BANCE, we’ve secured the correct batteries to power our four-man electric trolley. Alongside the upcoming purchase of a storage container, this means we’ll soon be able to begin transporting equipment and volunteers along the line.

As a result, we’re planning to increase our working days — and we’d love your help!

If you’re interested in volunteering to assist with clearing the line, please get in touch at d.l.rogers@btinternet.com and let us know which days you’re available. We’re aiming to create a volunteer rota to support our goal of reopening the line.

You’re also very welcome to come along and see what’s involved. There are plenty of ways to get involved, including admin and fundraising roles.
